We are two spiritual friends on an earth mission to learn, grow, and help others remember the healing magic that already lives within them.

We create nourishing spaces where you are welcome to exist exactly as you are. Through sacred touch, sound, energy, creativity, and presence, we share the tools, resources, and support we have gathered along our own paths. Not because we have your answers, but because sometimes it helps to have good people beside you while you find your own.

We imagine a world where everyone is housed and fed, where people care for one another, and where we learn to live more harmoniously with the earth. We believe we all come from the same original seed. Underneath everything, we belong to one another.

Human kindness, forgiveness, love, and patience are the virtues we try to return to. We do not always get it right. We are learning too.

Our role is not to tell you how to live, who to become, or what your healing is supposed to look like. Your life is yours. We are here to offer what we can, walk beside you when it is useful, and make room for you to hear yourself a little more clearly.
